A menu in tune with the seasons
At L’Asphodèle, we offer cuisine fully rooted in its territory, where the rhythm of the seasons and the distinctiveness of our various producers’ farming systems bring real diversity to the menu.
Created by Lucas Bahuon, L’Asphodèle’s menu is built around an à la carte selection as well as a choice of plates and cuts of meat and fish to share, ideal for large tables. We also offer a lunch set menu at €26, Tuesday to Friday, along with daily specials depending on deliveries, for an ever-renewed experience.

Living and natural drinks
Our drinks list, created by Marie Pérodeau, showcases a wide selection of carefully chosen living French wines. You’ll find wines from winemakers committed to respectful, natural viticulture.
In addition, we also offer natural drinks such as herbal teas, fruit juices and craft sodas, for a refreshing and healthy experience.

The producers we work with are the key players in our approach. Sourcing mostly from the Morbihan and its surroundings, they embody a farming approach that respects people, the seasons and their territories.
By ensuring we work with producers who respect our charter (see box), we contribute together, with no middlemen, to offering you food that is good, clean and fair.
That’s why you’ll always find on our menus the names and locations of those whose products end up on your plate — in a spirit of transparency, but also to reflect the direct relationship we build with them every day.
