A unique wine list
At L’Asphodèle, our wine list is designed as a true journey through France’s terroirs. With over 500 references, it brings together iconic winemakers and essential names, as well as a new generation of emerging talents.
From every corner of France, each bottle tells a story — that of a place, a soil, a climate and above all a vision. This diversity allows us to offer a living, ever-evolving selection, true to the energy of contemporary French winegrowing.

Clean and living wines
Our selection is built on strong, deliberate commitments. We favour wines from organic, biodynamic or natural farming, produced with respect for the balance of living systems and terroirs.
But beyond labels, our foremost requirement remains the precision of the wine: straight, precise, easy-drinking wines that clearly express their origin without artifice. Every cuvée is tasted and chosen for its sincerity and balance, with particular attention to the winemaker’s work and the overall coherence of their approach.
An award-winning list
In our very first year, this work was recognised with the award for the best sustainable wine list, presented by Star Wine List as part of the “Best Sustainable Wine List”.
A distinction that underlines our commitment to building a demanding, responsible and forward-looking list, while remaining deeply rooted in the pleasure and sharing of wine.
